Delivering the SOLUTIONS you require demands a COMPLETE understanding of your needs and problems.  After carefully documenting your issues, we prepare a DETAILED PROPOSAL of EXACTLY how you can benefit from our work.  Your highly detailed proposal is NOT a "fill in the blank" boilerplate document.   It is a custom prepared response to your INDIVIDUAL and UNIQUE needs.

NO NONSENSE Approach to Business Solutions

We can help solve your toughest business problems with INFORMATION technology.  It all starts with TWO critical elements:

  1. YOUR KNOWLEDGE - You're UNIQUE!  No one knows your business like YOU.  We ask the right questions.  We get at what YOU know about your business problems.  We use YOUR knowledge to create critical business SOLUTIONS.
     

  2. OUR EXPERIENCE - We've been doing TWO things for two decades: creating CUSTOM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS and SUPPORTING the NETWORKS they run on.  That's it.  We've learned successful I.T. technology application.  Put that experience to work for you.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM - This is the MOST critical step for success!  We take the time and make the effort to ask questions that fully define your business issues.  We LISTEN.  Then, we LISTEN some more!  You tell us what you need.  We talk to your people.  We talk to your users and those who will benefit from the business solution.  We document, in DETAILED PROPOSALS and other documents, carefully and fully, every part of your business problem.  How else can we create a solution?  We listen and LEARN.

DESIGN YOUR SOLUTION
- We apply our experience to YOUR understanding of your problem.  We create a model of a unique proposed solution for your consideration.  We walk with you through each function, report, entry screen, etc.  We listen again.  We respond to your reactions.  If we've nailed the solution, we proceed.  If not, we keep working until we've met your needs fully (see Step 1 above).

CREATE YOUR SOLUTION
- We put hands to keyboard and work some magic!  This is where you benefit most from our years of experience.  We use either Visual Basic or Access and MS SQL Server to create the solution to your business problems.  But, we're not just a hired programmer.  We write the unique parts of your solution from scratch.  Where possible, we use work from previous solutions and other sources to SAVE you TIME and MONEY.  Your solution is tested in house and then presented to you for further "BETA" testing.

PROBLEM REPORTING and TRACKING
-  This is the SECOND MOST critical step for success.  This is also where many solution providers fall short.  We've learned how to manage the critical process of resolving the always frustrating and often crippling glitches in a NEW business solution.   How do we do it?  Again, we LISTEN to you.  We prod and poke, if needed, for the essential feedback that will make your business solution a real success.  Our people are compensated based on their ability to deliver you solutions that solve your business problems and keep you satisfied.

We assign a TICKET NUMBER to EVERY PROBLEM, no matter how small.  We keep tracking those problems and reporting their status until they're solved and beyond.  Once, we've got your business solution stable and productive, we start the whole process over again, always looking for ways to make your solutions serve you better.

That's it!  We've used these four simple steps to create hundreds of solutions for hundreds of users.  Do these four things and do them well and you'll see success every time.  Skip a step and disaster WILL result.

Please don't take this the wrong way.  We're not saying we don't want your business.  We want your business very much...if we're right for each other.

Be frugal but wise.  If a less expensive solution will work, use it.  But, be realistic and spend what is needed to get the job done right, THE FIRST TIME.
Give the BEST effort in everything.  There is a HUGE difference between "GOOD MISTAKES" (BEST effort, bad result) and "BAD MISTAKES" (sloppiness or lack of effort).
Complete clarity in understanding what is expected is critical to success.
Always feel a sense of urgency in all matters related to our Clients.  We OWN problems and OWN UP to them.  We are ALWAYS responsive.  We are CLIENT DRIVEN!!!

What we do is not for everyone.  In two decades, we've learned many things.  We've learned that keeping our clients happy requires some frank discussion up front.  We call this "getting real".    Essentially, "getting REAL" is all about setting the rules by which we'll BOTH reach success in our relationship.  Here's a basis for our mutual success:

  • We only work on LAN / WAN based systems.  Single user systems are often vital and interesting.  We don't work on them.  Our clients usually have between 20 to 200 users on the systems we create and support.

  • Can you afford TOP NOTCH I.T. solutions?  This is a tough question.  We have to ask it.  Not everyone can spend the $10,000, $20,000, $40,000 or more that it might take to build a first class I.T. solution.  Let's get the question of money out of the way up front.  Please see our RATES section for more details.

  • We do not give away our services.  Our experience is the ONLY asset valuable to you.  We do not provide "FREE" estimates.  SUBSTANTIAL time is involved in delivering a truly reliable, useful and accurate estimate of your need for services we can provide you.  We will spend the time required to give you ALL the information you need for INFORMED decisions.  We will not sell you short with a quick and dirty "FREE" estimate!  Other services sometimes offer "FREE" estimates.  They know the value of their time and talent.  

  • Our most satisfied clients are DEDICATED to getting the most they can for their business from today's technology.  Dedication does not mean they're ready to spend every dollar they have!  DEDICATION means if something will make a REAL difference to their business, they will take a good look at it and try to use it.

  • Trust is essential.  We MUST be able to trust you.  You MUST be able to trust us.  If you tell us you're ready to make a decision within a few days or weeks, we'll believe you.  If we tell you we can't do something for under $$$ bucks or without "x" piece of equipment, you can believe us.  We don't want to lose your business.  We will NEVER lie to keep it.  We will ALWAYS be up front with you, even to the point of offense.  We expect the same from you.  Trust is ESSENTIAL to our mutual success.

  • We will NEVER disclose anything about you or your business to anyone that would hurt you.  Even if you fire us someday, we'll keep our mouth shut!!!

  • We will not try to hire your people away.    We expect the same from you.  You will not hire away our people (employee or contractor) sent on site or working remotely.

  • Promises will be kept (or a darn good reason will be given).  This is another TWO way street.  If we promise something, we'll knock down walls to deliver it.  We expect the same from you.

  • Finally, we'll ALWAYS do everything possible to deliver the MOST value with the LEAST resources.  This does not mean the CHEAPEST resources.  We are not, have never been and will never be the CHEAPEST source of I.T. services you can find.  We work hard EVERYDAY to be the BEST service you can find.  If we fail, we fix it fast.  Value is the most important thing we can deliver to you!
